Local Library

This local library (CRUD) application was designed using NodeJS, ExpressJS and Mongoose (MongoDB) on MVC design pattern. It has a basic GUI made by EJS format files. It has four models which are book, author, bookinstances and genre. Book model holds every information regarding every book instance, it is a base model so it has reference to every other models. Bookinstance holds information of imprints, status(availability) and due date. Other two model are self-explanatory.

This quiz app was made using vanilla Java Script with HTML and CSS. The quiz question and answers were declared in an object along with the correct choice. The correct choice was passed in the dataset of the correct answer button element. The answer button is chosen by user is read and if the dataset is found true, it shows correct answer to user otherwise wrong.

The meditation app is made by using local stored video and sound files. Three timers and two modes are provided to interact with app, all of which are SVG format pictures. The sound and video go on a loop for a set amount of time provided by user. The two modes are rainfall and beach waves.

Device-Free Breath rate Detector

Project Details:

Using ESP32s, our four-person team created a prototype system for measuring respiration rate from WIFI signals. It was a research experiment in which we attempted to predict a person's respiration rate solely based on WIFI signals. The WIFI signal was sent through the subject's lungs, and the difference in signal was processed to detect the movement of the lungs, resulting in the determination of out-breath rate.

It was previously accomplished using highly expensive equipment and intricate systems, but we replicated the entire project using very inexpensive and simple components to obtain the intended outcome.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Document architecture design and analysis work, including project postmortem documentation and metric collection.
  • Searched e-libraries and scholarly databases for information on individual sensors and their specs so that I could determine whether they were suitable for deployment.
  • Reported back to instructor for day-to-day tasks and responsibilities relating sensors for stress testing to ensure their reliability in real- world applications.
